Do I need to have an account to book cabs?
You can fill the reservation form and send your request as a guest. You need not create an account for a reservation.

When can I book a car?
A car can be booked minimum 24hours in advance.
When do I get the booking confirmation?
Subject to availability, upon receiving the request and payment for car, confirmation mail is instantly sent by email & sms.
Is the cab confirmed on receipt of confirmation email?
Cab is confirmed, subject to receipt of payment.
What amount is payable?
The fixed cost is payable upfront on receiving the confirmation mail, it includes charges for Car, Chauffeur, Fuel and Service Tax Please note that toll tax, parking and interstate taxes shall be paid by the guest at the time of travel and is not included in the invoice. Toll tax is paid for use of highways by any vehicle using that road for travel. Parking charges is levied on vehicles for use of parking space for example Airport, Stations, Malls, etc. Interstate tax or permit is levied on commercial vehicles when they enter a new state. The final amount is calculated based on the duration of use and the distance covered. The balance amount is charged to the card upon completion of journey, it includes additional hours, kilometers & allowance if any.
What are the modes of the payment?
We accept all types of credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
We also accept all debit cards and have net banking options.
Option of cash payment to chauffeur for balance of final payment is also available.
Whom do I call in case of a query or a problem?
A call can be made to our customer care center for any assistance.
When do I get my cab details?
The cab details are sent 2 hours prior to travel time.
What if the car is late or does not show up or has a breakdown?
We have strict mechanisms and quality checks to prevent this. In case it happens, please report to us and we shall make an alternate cab arrangement for you on a best effort basis.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking from the accounts page after logging in online or by calling the customer care center well in advance.
What happens to the advance amount paid on cancellation of the trip?
After deductions of cancellation charges, amount paid by card will be credited to card and for amount paid by net banking, a cheque will be dispatched.
